ooh that does not sound good. is it like a side stitch? if so, i always drink some water because i have heard that cramps are often caused by dehydration. also, make sure you are breathing regularly and not taking short, choppy breaths. if the cramps do not go away after the water and breathing try just walking for a few minutes and they should go away. hope this helps!
When I run I get a really intense cramping sensation in my right shoulder ish area. It goes from about the mid of my neck on the right side to almost the shoulder. When this pain happens it becomes harder to breath. Any help???
