I would say just be prepared. Try really hard to have pre cut veggies and LOTS of water on hand. That way you might be able to resist the bad foods. =)

I know this is a really late response (years later!) but what did you do back in 2007?

I have found when I am stressed out, the best tackit is to work out before I study and to take walking breaks!

I don't know about all of you, but exams usually mean I eat terribly and sleep hardly ever. My midterms coming up later this month will be the first set I've done since starting on Spark. Anyone have any good ideas of how to stay on track despite all the stress?
