I have class till 8 or 830 depending on the day, but I always go to the gym right after. I carry one of my textbooks in my gym bag at all times so that I can go sit on the bike for an hour and multitask! I also like it because I don't have cable, and I can get caught up on my current events like tonight's State of the Union address. I just popped my headphones in and 40 minutes was over like THAT! plus, my gym offers unlimited tanning, red light therapy, and massage chairs, so that's also a nice little incentive to get my butt there!
What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
I need to study when I exercise, it would help. I work in an urgent care clinic so i do loads of walking. I need to start using my ankle weights again that should help some. Thank you for the tip, ten minutes here and there is very important, and walking is something that I can do all of the time at work and at school. Thanks for the advice!
How about fitting 10 minutes in here and there? Do you study when you work out? When things get tight with time, I do both. Also, depending on where you work, your employer may allow you to work out during your break!

HELP PLEASE! I am a full time college student and a full time employee. I have so much trouble finding time to work out without impeding on my studies. How do yall find time to stay fit and get good grades? Sometimes I feel lucky to be able to sleep.
