Pretty much, I overload the veggie department of my fridge. I tend to not buy anything that is "quick and easy", meaning chips, pretzels, crackers, those kind of things that you can pick up the box and mindlessly snack while catching up on your TV series. I loooove snow peas. I grab probably five bags every time I go grocery shopping. They're great, have vitamin C, and you can mindlessly snack on the whole bag for 35 calories! :D

I also like getting carrot chips, english muffins, and almonds for quick snacks (careful with the almonds though, healthy but high in calories)

Hmmm, essentially that's it. I limit the "easy" snacks that, when overeaten, are very unhealthy and replace them with low-cal veggies in my fridge. That way, if I am in a "mindless munchy" mood, at least I can munch for ages and still be under 100 cal.

I hope that helps

what foods do you keep in your dorm/apartment to help you stay on a healthy-eating-track (and help prevent binge eating)
