I understand! I am a junior/senior (somewhere in between) and it is time for me to start really looking at what I eat! I know that for my first semester living in the dorm I gained some weight - not sure how much but even one pound was too much. At this point I am in good shape but I want to stay that way, and if I can loose some inches. I am 5'10 and about 160lbs - would like to be 145-150lbs - and so far just counting my calories has helped! I had no idea how much I ate! I feel like i am behing in loosing the freshman fifteen, but I guess late it better than never!! Deiah
