I make these BLT wraps that I think are delicious. I use a whole-wheat tortilla and layer lettuce on it with tomato and turkey bacon slices (normally two) with a little bit of mustard (I know...BLTs are normally mayo). I roll it up really tight and cut it into about 1-inch-thick sections. I guess the cutting makes it feel fancier to me because of the pin-wheel shape you get lol.

I keep 100 calorie whole wheat english muffins in my mini fridge (could use toast or anything really.) I put 3 egg whites in a bowl and microwave for 60-90 secs. The bowl makes the perfect patty shape. You can top with almost anything--my current favorite is goat cheese made from my roommate's farm, but I'll also do a little pesto, salsa, tomatoes, melted cheese... Yummy and high in protein!
