1. Read the entire Bible (front to back) in one year.
2. Be more consistent about time spend with my Lord.
3. Set and keep to a budget.
4. Loose 20 pounds (that will bring me to 130).
a. The first 10 by March 1st
b. 10 more by May 1st
5. Workout an average of three times a week. In busy times, nothing less than once. (10 minutes counts)
6. Reduce sugar consumption. Specifically: No binges.
7. Run a 5 km (by summer when the snowís gone).
8. Do at least one thing for me each week.
9. Not take long extended breaks from spark after setting good streaks and seeing results.

I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. - Philippians 4:13

Hey! I know I haven't been on here in forever, but I have a bulging disk and haven't been able to do much exercising besides about 20 minutes on the elliptical from time to time. That said, here are my goals for the year:

Do a complete study on the life of Jesus.

Bring my GPA from a 3.6 to a 3.8-4.0.

Play piano in the first student recital of the year (rather than the last as I did in the fall).

Get back into the shape I was in before my back "injury" and learn what exercises I can do that won't make my condition worse.

Start drinking no more than two cups of coffee per day.

Eat less sugar and drink more water to control my acne.

Have at least ten piano students by the end of the year.


That's it! I'll take all of these with baby steps, but these are my basic long-term goals for the entire year!

-Make goal weight of 150
