I keep individual portions of lunch meat in my tiny fridge for snacks. I usually don't get enough protein in a day and consume way too many carbs so it's another way for me to get the protein I need. Another thing is unsalted almonds. To help me get my 8 glasses of water a day I use crystal light as a little cheater.

Now that the weather is getting nicer, I feel a certain motivation to tone up and eat healtheir. However, as we all know living in a dorm hall and eating in a cafeteria can present a few obstacels. So I want to know what your motivation is to start a new, what activities or exercises you do at college, and what foods you keep on hand that are statisfying and healthy?
