I try everything I possible can. If one thing doesn't work, I go to the next.
I weigh myself.
Take progress photos.
Try on a tight pair of pants.
Try a new exercise. (Would I have tried a new exercise last year?)
See how far I can run this week. (Is it further than last week?
Look at a change in my life. (Do I have more energy? Do I have more confidence?)
And.. if this doesn't work.. I still try. Because sooner or later, if I keep at it, it WILL work! It has no choice!
