1 1/3 c. froz pitted sweet cherries 1 c. froz unsweetened strawberries 1 can (12 oz) diet cherry-flavored lemon-line soda I used Black Cherry Fresca as suggested 2 Tbspn. Splenda 2 Tbspn. Cool Whip Free 1 Tbspn. lemon juice
Blend and enjoy. Makes 4 servings one tiny little satisfying point each! I didn't have anyone to share mine with so I used the magic bullet party cup and split the recipe in fourths then drank the rest of the soda...YUUUUMMMMMMMYYYYY!
I should add for those that don't do points: Cal 53, Fat .5 G, Protein .8 G, Carbs 12.6, Fiber 1.8, 0 Cholesterol, Iron .4mg, 1mg Sodium and 13 mg calcium

ingredients: 1/2c fat free vanilla yogurt 1/2c light orange juice 1 sm banana 1 c fat free vanilla soymilk (you can use skim if you like) 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp orange extract 1/2 c or a few chunks of frozen pinapple optional: 1 - 2 tbsp of protein powder
combine ingredients in a blender. cover & blend on high until fully mixed and frothy.

banana strawberry smoothie prep time - 5 mins serves 5 1 cup
ingredients 2 medium-size very ripe bananas, cut into small chunks and frozen 2 cups strawberries, frozen 2 cups orange juice 1/2 tsp splenda for recipes OR 1 1/2 packet splenda OR 1 tbsp splenda spoonful
place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth

Apple Pie in the Sky Smoothie (150 calories, 0.5g fat, 136mg sodium, 29g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 16g sugars, 5g protein = 3 points) Ingredients: 1/3 cup light vanilla soy milk 1/2 container Yoplait Light, Apple Turnover 1/3 container Motts Healthy Harvest Apple Sauce (NSA) 3 Splenda packets 2 oz Water 1 tsp. sugar free cinnamon sugar (or 1/4 tsp. plain cinnamon) 1 tsp. Fat Free Vanilla Coffee-mate creamer (powder) (12) ¼ bag Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs, Honey Maid Cinnamon Thin Crisps (crushed) 6-8 ice cubes 2 Tbsp. FF Cool Whip or 1 serving of FF Reddi-Wip
Directions: Place soy milk, yogurt, apple sauce, Splenda, water, cinnamon sugar (or cinnamon), creamer (dissolved in 1 oz. water), half of your crushed thin crisps and ice in blender. Blend on highest speed for 30-45 seconds, or until fully blended. Pour into a tall, attractive glass. Top with your desired whipped topping and sprinkle remaining crisps on top. Drink up!

Directions: Place soy milk, yogurt, banana, Splenda, water, creamer (dissolved in 1 oz. water), half of your crushed thin crisps, and ice in blender. Blend on highest speed for 30-45 seconds. If you don't have a powerful blender, you may want to add the ice slowly, to make sure it crushes properly. Your smoothie is ready when it's at your desired consistency. Pour into a tall, pretty glass. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon thin crisps on top. Enjoy a lot!
