Finally got my BS stable it has been either to low or to high. Since I have been diagnosed 16 months ago has been a real roller coaster ride.
Everyone please take care of your health being a diabetic is not fun.

Life has been crazy. Not a lot of time to Spark. Keeping up my regular fitness, hooping, yoga, rebounding, and Tracy's Method & Meta, but I'm getting an extra 90 minutes of walking in daily with my dog, since my husband is away on another business trip. We usually share doggie duties.

Trying to focus on clean Paleo/Primal Whole30 eating. I know if I'm ever going to win this war I have to win the kitchen battle. I've been watching health documentaries again to help me stay motivated. Here's some links to a few YouTube videos that I found interesting.

I have been running regularly. Today I went kayaking for the first time this year. There was still lots of ice. It showed me just how out of shape I let myself get this Winter. My legs are plenty strong, but my arms are weak. I need to do more ST for upper body, and use the rower consistently.

I'm upping my steps goal again by another 500 to 16,000 steps a day. I haven't lost any weight. I've been doing good on my water and ok on taking my vitamins.
We've been working hard outside the last few weeks tearing down an old fence and putting up a new one. I also tore up old concrete edging and laid new edging and planted some new plants too. Now I need to start planting the vegetable plants and herbs.
We also have 2 weddings coming up and 2 birthdays coming up. We have been crazy busy lately. But it's felt good. :)
