Going to renew my subscription. Since not wearing my band I have gained about 5 lbs. If wearing it keeps me from doing that I guess I'll have to continue to do it until I can figure out how not to gain. I really didn't want to wear it any longer, it's better than gaining any more weight!

I used to have to have my husband help me. I would be in the bathroom with my arms stranded over my head and the bra had me in a strangle hold/head lock! lol Now, since I have lost a little weight, I can usually get it on without dislocating a shoulder.

I think so! This one is a no bounce medium impact, it has underwire & no snaps. It's over the head & it's a tine getting on & off. It doesn't fold or squash at all to get it on!

My daughters also a 19 month old & her crib is dropped as low as it will go before it's a toddler bed. I'm kind of short & it's a struggle. Today I went grocery shopping & that was moderate activity to. I'm about to start working out now!

Onehotwife, that is weird that so much registers as moderate activity. Mine doesn't even count my yoga or all of my strength training. I wonder if it is because my arms are very large. Oh well, who knows. That is interesting.

Hello! I knew here!! I love my band! I have had it for 2 weeks so far! I haven't did much activity today but yesterday I did the wii biggest loser game for an hour! A lot of my activity is registered as moderate even if it's just a minute or so at a time. Leaning over the crib at night time to change my daughters diaper is 2 minutes of moderate activity & of course cleaning! Talk about a new motivation to clean!! Today I'm going to clean some and work out on the wii after my daughters go to bed!

I did 20 minutes of cardio yesterday

Today 40 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes of aerobic dance!

Proud of myself for making exercise a priority, especially when I rarely "feel like" exercising.

Hi all! New to the team so just wanted to say hello! Got my BodyMedia FIT from Amazon this morning, so today's workout was the first with the armband and I'm quite happy with the recorded results!

Managed 39 minutes of vigorous activity (step aerobics, cardio HIIT) and 18 minutes of moderate (upper body & core strength training plus a little walking and playing with the dog). The plan I chose recommends 1.5 hours of total activity. Didn't quite make that today, but also wasn't wearing the armband for the full day since it needed to charge. I'll try to get in the full 1.5 hours tomorrow and see what happens. :)

Now to head to bed. Looking forward to seeing the sleep data in the morning!

Go to your fitness page and there should be a Body media tracker on that page. Highlight Sync tracker for today. (You have to uploaded your info into your body media activity tracker first.) On the bottom of your nutrition page there should be a body media button that says send food to body media. Click that and it uploads to your body media device.

If you don't see either, your body media isn't linked to your spark account.

Woohoo. Did great today! Tracked food, jogged for 25 minutes and later walked another mile on the treadmill. I stayed focused on my goals AND enjoyed my family! 1000 calorie deficit! Yeah me!

I did leg extensions, leg curls, abduction, adduction, squats and 35 minutes on the arc trainer. Body Media gave me 1 minute. Last week it actually gave me a full workout time, now this week it is almost 0! emoticon
