This morning I weighed in at 137.3 (-.5) but BBT was 96.9 (-.1). Minimal yeast no chocolate last night. Trying to do a Spring thyroid friendly menu that takes into consideration my yeast issues. Since starting TP, I have passed brown rice but not Barbara's Honey Puffins or any rice cereal. I passed every wild white fish I have tried but LG says to limit fish to 2x per week. Lamb works. Beef passed but not sure it consistently works or if some other factor is a problem. Egg white passed.
Failed wheat. Not sure if rye passed and will have to retry. i think it has passed before but many supposedly friendly days fail later and have to retest to figure out.
Just read that even pear is goitrogenic so I am trying to microwave or poach when included on menu.
Also, I got on scale this morning 137.3, soaked in tub and read then dried off and reweighed. weight after soak was 135.something.
I will be testing pecans instead of almonds today because I failed almonds both times i have tried restarting The Plan.
