LIB that's okay- good job on the loss. I thought pears were thyroid friendly??? OH NO! It may not matter for me, I'm allergic to them SO I always heat up before eating those and apples. Also on the rice cereal, have you tried it dry?? Could it be a reaction to the type of milk that you are using, do you use it in anything else that is uncooked??? Could be a milk issue not a rice cereal issue.
