It has been in silk coconut milk. I failed whole milk when I tested it.

LIB that's okay- good job on the loss. I thought pears were thyroid friendly??? OH NO! It may not matter for me, I'm allergic to them SO I always heat up before eating those and apples. Also on the rice cereal, have you tried it dry?? Could it be a reaction to the type of milk that you are using, do you use it in anything else that is uncooked??? Could be a milk issue not a rice cereal issue.

I finished Day 3 and this morning I'm down a total of 6 pounds! Yay!

I'm hopeful to pass Day 4 and the Cheese...I love me some cheese!

I'm up today- not a big surprise. I'm sure it was the LARGE amount of romaine lettuce!
However my temp was up today!!!
