There is something called Von A bis Zink- Apotheke? that seems to cover every vitamin in the book, or you could try "Sanostol" DM or Rossmann, you take one spoonful per day. Had to buy this for my children every winter for years. There are two versions, one with less sugar, they didn't like this, but if you never tried it, it won't make any difference for you. DD is starting a new job in a KiTa in January, so I think she will be needing a new bottle. LOL

I like my weight loss ticker because it shows me that reaching the stars is possible.
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
Not sure which language works best for everyone here English or Deutsch but I'll write in English for now since it takes a little bit less time and I am guessing if you're on spark you're petty comfortable with English.
I've just moved back to Germany and am in mandatory urlaub this week with a pretty severe chest infection which the doctor has me treating with 250 mg 2x a day of Clarithrobeta, these fizzy tablets meant to dissolve the schleim and a ton of rest.
I am prone to chest/lung issues and kind of knew this was coming because everyone knows beginning a new job, especially one like mine, is demanding and then pile on the bureaucracy of filing for me residency, opening a konto obtaining Krankenkasse...there you go.
Anyway my question:
I am frankly confused by how vitamins are sold here. If I could I would rather just take a drinkable multi-vitamin everyday (like 'Airborne') but have not seen anything like that at Rossmann or DM. There's plenty of stuff that fizzes but really...I am told the doses are low.
Can anyone suggest a brand or (their) regimen? Also, please recommend anything that might help my immune system recover from this infection and not go through it again.
