I so, so agree with this. It's not just a quote or saying ... it can be a way of life. We all have a choice every day of our lives and that is to choose our attitude. Some mornings it is much harder than other days. Sometimes it's a very hard chore. But it always is worth the effort.
You don't have to burden yourself with worrying about all the problems in the world, for worry will accomplish nothing. Your most loving, compassionate and fulfilling choice, is to be your best right now.
