Hi Deb, I just updated the lists below, low, med, high. I stay within my calorie range on spark people and eat mostly low and med GI foods. I have some threads here with more details. I know they say to stay under 100 glycemic load, which is the total of the glycemic index foods, but to keep it simple I don't take it to that extreme.

In the treads below are also a lot of links.

also,what are the low, med & high numbers & when I am "adding up" my intake @ the end of the day what is the "Ideal" range?

When buying foods @ the grocery store, how can you know which are low, med or high G.I.?
