So summer is half over for me, and I am finally trying to get back onto the Spark People wagon, and trying to come up with a plan so I don't fall on my face when school starts back up again the beginning of September. I was doing really well walking regularly, but now I have a stress fracture as of about a week ago. :(
I refuse to give up though, and I have already tried some of the Spark People chair based exercise videos.
How are all of your summers going?
