My Special Friends,
I just wanted to explain why I have to quit Spark People. It hurts me too much to sit at the computer for any length of time at all because of the varicose veins, blood clots and arthritis in my hips. I have need to work on genealogy and preparing names for the Temple. The small amount of time I can get on the computer, Spark People has taken up because I truly love being on here, but I must use the time to be about the Fathers' business and not my own. I will never give up my quest to lose weight and get healthier, but Family History work has to be my priority right now, especially because I do not have that much time left on this earth. Because you are all so loving and LDS I know you'll understand.
