While I may not be tracking specific "new things" it's important that we regularly change things up in our life in a good way. For people who tend to retreat, fall into the winter blues, or even depression, remaining active is crucial and living the good life with healthy habits will benefit our future journeys.
Where has the time gone? This is the final week of our 2013 challenge. We've had some members come and go and some come back! It's been a fun year for me doing this challenge. I have tried lots of things that haven't worked for me, but then I have found even , more that have. How have things worked out for you? Are you going to keep up your own challenge when this one has ended? I'm apologizing for having been absent myself, but that's the way of things for me sometimes with all my health issues. I thank you for your patience and giving me the pleasure of being in you life this year.
