I haven't tried any of their other videos, but I was eyeing their 30 day Butt lift playlist. I was thinking of trying that at the end of my 90 days. I also would be interested in their dance workouts.
I guess I haven't really tried their other videos since the BeFit in 90 is enough for me and I don't want to do anything to intense on my days off. If you do try the 30 Extreme Workouts I'd love to hear your review of them.
I've tried some Denise Austin, Jane Fonda, dance workouts and their Slim & Sexy workouts videos, and really enjoyed them.
Just noticed they have released a new workout program: BeFit In 30 Extreme Workouts Might try it once I am done with the 90 Challenge. Hopefully, my cardio, strength and flexibility would have improved by then.
