Hey ladies!

Mandy - good luck on the 5k! I know you'll do awesome - you've been doing a good bit of running!

Lisa - keeping my fingers crossed that you get some answers.

Today has been so nice - I got balloons and a cake from the receptionist in the office, followed by lunch out with co-workers and one of my bosses (and he paid). It was so incredibly nice and I feel very lucky and special. I even got a salad to make sure I stayed low carb (it was a rotisserie turkey cobb salad).

Anyway, my friend/co-worker is having a small get together for me tomorrow and then Sunday we have a shrimp boil to go to. Other than that we have no plans!

Amanda, good luck on your 5K! You've worked so hard, it sounds like you're going to hit your target. Also, good look beginning with the rotary club.

Ok, so, I think I may have lost 2 pounds since I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago. However, I think I'm doing things the wrong way. I'm not eating much. I'm exercising a lot. Obviously, I can't keep this up. I'm just following her guidelines to a T and I refuse to take the phentermine.

Tonight we have a pot luck at our place for my husband's anatomy group. Tomorrow I'm driving up to Michigan to restock on our favorite wine (it's cheaper straight from the winery). Sunday is a wedding shower. Fingers crossed when I get this blood work done the missing link shows up.

Good morning team!

TGIF! Looks like we are going to skip our Friday night card game. I've got a lot going on tomorrow. My desk looks like someone vomited paper, files, and books all over it. I need to get it cleaned and organized today. Maybe all this work will feel a little less overwhelming.

Well, I'm going to go ahead and post this because I keep getting distracted....

I'll make it to the moon, if I have to crawl.
