Amanda- good luck with your day. It sounds like you have got your work cut out for you. Waking up so early and getting a run in will help you maintain your positive attitude.
I weighed myself today- 4 lbs down since Wednesday. Unbelievable. That's a net 1.5 lbs lost since I starting Sparking again in January. Woohoo!
Tomorrow marks my half way point through the induction phase of low carb. I may stretch it out longer, actually. I haven't had any problems doing it so far. I haven't "cheated" or had much of an urge to cheat. I've felt full and satisfied. The first "symptom" I noticed (which may be unrelated) is a bit of muscle weakness in my left arm yesterday.
Yesterday was a frustrating day at work. I basically did paralegal and secretarial work for one of the attorneys here. Now today I have to file a giant stack of claims- apparently, I'm a clerk too.
But hey- I did lose 4 lbs so I'm not too angry.
