Hey -- first of all thanks for taking over the team leader spot. You are right -- we of all people need support!
Lately, I've been making myself get up from my desk an run some sort of errand every couple of hours or so. If I have time, I try to get outside (walk to the drugstore, etc.), but usually something in the building -- walk something to the mailroom myself, stop by a colleague's office, stop by the library, or even get my coffee from the kitchen on another floor. If I don't have something specific, I just walk up and down a couple of flights of stairs. Anything to get the blood moving a bit. Sitting at a desk for too long at a time isn't good for anyone's health!
Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)
Size 22W to Size 4
Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.
