Lisa. It's as important for me to take those times for rest and relaxation as it is to keep active and going. Today's that R&R day for me! This has been a very busy week for me. Today will be a much need day of taking care of me.

How is everyone doing with this months goals? Im doing pretty good even if Im not posting daily. I get pretty busy with my work schedule. Plus I havent been sleeping much & yest it caught up to me & after work I slept all day. I really needed it. But I have been getting all my 10,000 or more steps in, my 8+ glasses or water in, my positive self talk in, stretching in. Hope everyone else is doing well. The weather here is finally trying to warm up I think. Im enjoying it.

We're going to leave two of the goals the same ... Drink 8 cups of water per day Do 500 minutes of fitness activities per month
Our new challenges for April will be related to monthly happenings that we thought it would be fun to support.
Stress Awareness Month - challenge to daily spend 10 minutes on yourself (may be your bath time if life is crazy so make it special!) - 10 minutes 1 time per day
Fresh Celery Month - no, no, no! We're not eating celery every day nor are we eating something green every day! But, we will challenge ourselves to eat a fresh veggie every day! - 1 veggie 1 time per day
