I am in love with the Diamond Dallas Paige workouts. It is basically yoga but you use this thing called dynamic resistance and it really gets you stronger and more flexible.

I'm not very good at getting in toning at all. I rely on my yoga classes for most of my toning. But I know I should do more of it.

At night as I lay in bed I do my leg exercises. This tires me out a little more so I sleep better, although I could see some people getting more energized by this too.

I run in our office gym sometimes, but more as a stress reliever. Then there is the drop from the waist s-t-r-e-t-c-h when I go to the Ladies' Room. I have a FitBit now, so I find myself trying to get in more steps during the day "on purpose". I think all of this helps me toward my overall goals.
