I run in our office gym sometimes, but more as a stress reliever. Then there is the drop from the waist s-t-r-e-t-c-h when I go to the Ladies' Room. I have a FitBit now, so I find myself trying to get in more steps during the day "on purpose". I think all of this helps me toward my overall goals.
