At night as I lay in bed I do my leg exercises. This tires me out a little more so I sleep better, although I could see some people getting more energized by this too.

I run in our office gym sometimes, but more as a stress reliever. Then there is the drop from the waist s-t-r-e-t-c-h when I go to the Ladies' Room. I have a FitBit now, so I find myself trying to get in more steps during the day "on purpose". I think all of this helps me toward my overall goals.
So curious to hear what others do! Thanks for the topic!

I am trying to increase my toning time.
Do you sneak toning in at work or when people are around but not looking? What to you do?
