Julie, sweet, may I make a suggestion about your ticker? When the weight ticker is problematic for whatever reason, select a different ticker. I hate when mine just sits there and stares me in the face as if to say, "Can't move me, can ya?" That's why mine shows my exercise minutes right now. I CAN move those. Or more accurately, I can move those in a direction that motivates me. Don't let the ticker mess with your head. It's a thing that should motivate you. When it stops doing that, change it to something that does.

Make the system work to boost you ... after all, this journey is soooooo about YOU!!! emoticon

I originally said in this post that I was signing up, but now I am backing out. I am doing so much better fighting cravings and getting the gluten and sugar out of my system doing maintenance. I think I am going to stay on maintenance until I get back from Jamaica and then hit the losses full bore. I feel good about my descision and will focus on just meeting my weekly challenge goals. I am doing good in the streak department so want to ride that. HUGS!

emoticon Time to sign up for the Spring Challenge!! We're going to do something entirely different than the past two challenges, so get your learning hats on! It's Spring, it's time for Change!

emoticon We're going to do a modified "Biggest Loser" type challenge. You will be required to post your weight weekly to calculate your percentage lost. No biggie if there isn't a loss, but it is a biggie if you don't post a weight. You automatically exclude yourself from the challenge if you don't post your weight. The rule is an incentive to keep you posting and involved.
emoticon YOU CAN DO IT!! emoticon

I understand that some have made a choice to weigh less frequently than weekly. That's OK. Feel free to post the same weight that you posted last week to meet the weekly weight requirement. I know, you won't show a loss for the week, but that's OK. You'll stay in the challenge and your % loss will reflect on the week that you do weigh. Or decide to weigh weekly. The choice is completely yours.

emoticon There will be exercise components. As always, feel free to modify to meet YOUR needs. It's a personal journey and we need to adapt.

emoticon There will also be a place for supporting our fellow challenge members. That's such an important part of this journey. It's going to be a fun and exciting endeavor! I hope you'll plan to join us!!
