This week I introduced gluten. So far not bad. A little bloating today (day 3), but nothing uncomfortable. I'll take out of my diet and reintroduce again later.
My question is:
What if the bloating is pre-mentrual cycle? I'm coming up on my time. I don't actually keep track, but I know I haven't had it since being on the diet and I'm on day 25 of the diet.
How can you tell the difference? I've looked through the book and tried to look it up via yahoo.com, but no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?
