I click on each line the day it comes up.

I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking, ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week & go ice skating for 60 minutes 2 times a week. I start a Free phone 3 month Health coach program in March paid by a University.

do I have to get my weekly action steps by email or can i just click on the week lines on the main page? i don't get on email very often, too much junk mail.
