I haven't been eating sweet potatoes because I didn't know they were so nutritious. Thanks for making me more aware because I'm getting bored with always eating spinach (which isn't one of my favorite foods to begin with). I'll have to look up some recipes and discover how to prepare them. I've only had them a couple of times when I went to eat at someone elses for a holiday dinner. My husband doesn't like them so I never tried making them for myself.
To me HEALTH means Energy. Stamina. Flexibilty. A relatively pain free body. Enjoying healthy food. You are your body, and your weight loss efforts will succeed exactly to the extent that you mange to do the work on behalf of your embodied self. You’ll do much better when you focus on making positive changes to improve your health and well-being, rather than on fighting your bad habits.
