Greek yogurt is my favorite low fat high protein snack. I add a heaping tsp of chocolate protein powder to increase the protein even more since I'm not a big meat eater. Pineapple, black cherry and the plain no-fat are my favorites.

Because not all delicious things are fatty, but all fatty things are delicious LOL!

Nuts are a little high in calories for what I'm looking for, but I do enjoy a handful of almonds now and then. Brazil nuts are tasty too!

A handful of nuts with some fresh fruit usually works for me. You do have to watch the fat in some nuts though (why oh why are macadamia nuts so fat???)

I'm posting this on a couple of the team boards I'm on so I apologize to anyone who sees repeats.

At the end of the day I find myself short on protein and fat. Does anyone have any ideas for snacks that are

Vegan
High protein
Moderate fat
Low carb
Low calorie (around 100-120)

I'm pretty open to most ideas
