Added fiber to my trackers. I guess 30 fibers a day is doable.

Hi Melody93... with few exceptions, any foods that grow on plants have some level of fiber. The closer to their natural form they are when we eat them, the higher the fiber content. If it comes out of the produce isle at the store, it usually has fiber! hope that helps!

what food are high in fiber but not in calories... I don't think fruits and veggies have fiber. if they do, what kind?
