Hi Melody93... with few exceptions, any foods that grow on plants have some level of fiber. The closer to their natural form they are when we eat them, the higher the fiber content. If it comes out of the produce isle at the store, it usually has fiber! hope that helps!

I am LOVING fruits and veggies in my healthy eating program .. and, YES .. many are high in fiber.
