Hi Everyone! I'm new to the group- but I use doTERRA Oils every day- I'm using the slim and sassy in my water and I'm using the Trim Shakes! My goals are to cut meat down to eating shellfish or fish 2 times a week, with fruits and veggies the rest of the week...Also I want to start doing my 10 minute pilates video every day...This is a great group and we have so many excellent products to help us on our way!
We now have 7 members...its growing :) Angie: sorry to hear about your tough week, I have those off and on and some weekends I just don't want to do anything but use oils, sleep and veg. Remember its ok to take breaks when you need to especially if you have medical issues, etc. Take it easy and just check in whenever you can...no rush :)
I have been having a tough week. My mental illness is causing me some problems, but it is getting better. It takes awhile. I have been using my oils every day especially clove bud, rosemary and deep blue rub. Been in some pain from my arthritis, but they help with the inflammation.
Sorry, I just saw this thread. I like the goal of using one doTERRA oil/product a day for 7 days a week too and 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week would be a good goal for me since I am just starting to exercise again. I also like the goal of getting 25 points a day 7 days a week so you can spin the bonus wheel.

I use doTerra for health issues. I use some of the oils on my throat for my thyroid and on the bottom of my feet, actually right foot. The area that affects my thryroid is sore when I rub in the oil. I know I am not rubbing hard and the rest of the foot is fine.
I do apply Lavendar to places that are itching. The one that is bothering me now is where my foot bends when I walk. The tissue in this area was affected by the break that occured in June.
I need to be careful with my exercising. Also, I think I am older than most of you...
Hi Everyone! I want to make goals for our team and hoping you can help since you are all part of the team. Now it shouldn't be too easy "do nothing" or too hard "do 5,000 jumping jacks a day" but a starter goal would be nice. doTERRA oils should help us on our journey with appetite, motivation, happiness, maybe we use them when we do exercise so that we can breathe them in, etc. Also the slim and sassy is all about weight loss. So lets have some goals. I wonder if I could make a goal of using some sort of doTERRA product once a week or once a day? Also a spark related goal: logged food all 7 days? worked out for 60 minutes a week (a piece). We can start small and grow from there. Please share, this is our team and we all make it a success :)
