Hi Everyone!
I want to make goals for our team and hoping you can help since you are all part of the team. Now it shouldn't be too easy "do nothing" or too hard "do 5,000 jumping jacks a day" but a starter goal would be nice. doTERRA oils should help us on our journey with appetite, motivation, happiness, maybe we use them when we do exercise so that we can breathe them in, etc. Also the slim and sassy is all about weight loss. So lets have some goals. I wonder if I could make a goal of using some sort of doTERRA product once a week or once a day? Also a spark related goal: logged food all 7 days? worked out for 60 minutes a week (a piece). We can start small and grow from there. Please share, this is our team and we all make it a success :)
