Some say that 25 drops is the key number for optimum weight loss and appetite suppressant I just try a few drops and go from there. It's 25 a day. I feel under the tongue is easier to manage than drinking the water but I do like the taste and crave it sometimes. I really want to try the contest we can do our own little contest to see how much we can lose between now and February 14th. Or any other date. I will ponder this today and put a challenge together.

Hope the New Year brings you health, happiness and love!!!

At this time I am refraining from taking Slim & Sassy because of the grapefruit. Enjoy the challenge those who are doing it.

How often do you use Slim and Sassy and how much do you use? The Modern Essentials book says to add 8 drops to 16 oz of water and drink throughout the day between meals, but I can't tell if that means 8 drops once a day or 8 drops each time you use it.

Jane,
Slim and sassy helps with weight loss. I am not allowed to ingest grapefruit because of a medication I take, either. However, my pharmacist said it would be okay to rub into my skin.

By taking slim and sassy and using slim and sassy trim shake shake mix as a meal replacement for one or two meals a day you could lose weight the healthy way. The shakes are very tasty and mix well with milk, soy milk or almond milk. I would contact either your pharmacist or doctor to see if rubbing it on your skin would interact with your medication. That is if you want to use it on your skin. I am not sure what the other uses for the oil are, but if you don't have a modern essential oils book...I can look it up for you. Let me know, okay??

What is Slim and Sassy supposed to do for you? Slim and Sassy has grapefruit in it and I am not to eat grapefruit because of some of my medication. Is it safe if just applied to the skin? where would I find this type of information out?

I just ordered some yesterday. I plan to put it in water but I ordered some veggie capsules just in case I don't like the taste. My boss puts it in water and adds lemon to it. She said that makes it taste better. I will let you know how I like the taste when I get it.

I will look in my modem essentials book, to see if you can use it on your feet. Or if it would help there. I do use in on my hips and thighs, as I can not ingest it right now. My sister and bil use it in water and love the taste. I haven't tried to difusse it yet.

Have a nice day.

How many of you have used Slim and Sassy? In what ways do you use it? I have fellow doTERRA friends that use it in pills or in water. I choose to put it in my water because I think it tastes good but some people can't stomach the taste so instead they use veggie capsules. It also smells very good and I wonder what would happen if you put it in coconut oil on your feet? Comment below on how you use it and if there are any recipes you would like to share. I will post more later :)

Have a Happy Healthy day!
