In the spirit of the changing leaves, which will soon be decking out most of the northern hemisphere, lets focus on those fall colors in our food choices. 2 years ago, I was privileged to see the leaves turn for the first time in my life. I was amazed at all the different colors I found in the leaves I picked up. And I was crazy with picking up leaves, just to look at them! And I believe all those colors are in our AA foods.
Remember, the benefits from the anti-angiogenic foods we eat are synnergistic: they amplify each other when they are combined into one dish, or one meal.
So for October, put together meals with 5 colorful AA ingredients and share your menus or creations in this thread.
