(I used a baked mix, baked with cinnamon and ginger) 1 apple, peeled, cored, sliced, and cut into bite-sized pieces 1/4 c. celery, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces 2-3 ounces grilled chicken (dark meat is AA) Substitute for chicken: frozen peas, or rinsed and drained canned beans. I like chickpeas or cannellini beans with the apples and celery. 1/2 ounce walnuts
Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and stir.
