I find it interesting how we look at different things when we check our perceived health and rate it. I have been feeling so good, so energetic, pain free, that I was ecstatic!! I hadn't been including my weight range or weight loss, but of course, weight has something definite to do with it. And the thyroid problem that seems to have stalled weightloss for whatever reason. So when I look at it that way, it makes me think I need to honestly include some things in my assessment I hadn't been including lately. So it might look like I don't feel well in comparison to the last couple of weeks, but I do, really. It's just that my HEALTH still needs to improve!!! And I have hopes of figuring out something with my diet to make that happen.

I moved up my health designation to 8... Still taking off points for PAIN of arthritis and fibromyalgia and for term OBESE in the weight area...true, I am improving but long way to go.

Well, I had some mushrooms...first experience! Sauted some slice in olive oil and put in middle of omelette ...they don't taste!! are they supposed to? Just tasted like the egg and onion and avocado and tomato each had definite taste but the mushroom just had chewiness and no taste... Suggestions? How can something with no taste or color be that good for me???

It's delicious

I'm not counting being cold against my perceived health anymore. I'm getting used to it. I'm kind of hoping it continues through the summer, because I have a feeling we're going to have a hot one. But I have another blood work panel done to check the thyroid meds, and I'm sure doc will increase the dosage.
