GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

18 / 7 Sleeping so much better this week...and mind is clearing up - not sure what to give credit so am just thanking the Lord and moving forward.

Pollen count is down so allergies are clearing, fibro is past its flare and down one more pound on the scales.

I've started working with Fuhrman's 3 Steps to Incredible health and that along with my Nutribullet finds many different fruits and veg and nuts and spices going into my body. Also I dug out my juicer and I'm juicing carrots with tomatoes or apples. And it's all delicious!!

Linda, i count the spices as AA foods even if they are a dash. Remember in the video when Dr. Li talked about the tea blend? I think we are benefitting from herbs and spices anytime we include them. I seem to really enjoy cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in my fruit smoothies/nutriblasts. So I'm going to make a blend of those and just measure about .5 t only once, but I'll count all 3.

But there are no rules here. You count as you wish.

12/6 Taking off points for major fibromyalgia flare; pollen allergy symptoms at peak with fruit orchards and wild flowers at peak bloom levels; Chronic fatigue levels high due to too many medical trips and other appointments this week=STRESS ; those three plus obesity combined to cause arthritis pain to also be high so am only claiming a 6 and looking forward to improvement soon!
