I looked at yesterday's tracker for you.
I think you did great. I count 15, that is if you ate all of these things in your tracker.
And you might have had some black pepper or garlic here or there also.
Here's what I came up with in your tracker. The AA totals are on the left. And in might be more depending upon what was in the salsa and mixed vegetables.
How did you ever get 4 out of all of this?
1 Breakfast (yogurt in breakfast bar)
3 Lunch salsa (tomato, onion, peppers?) perhaps more but I'm not sure what was in the salsa, might also have had parsley or cilantro?
5 Dinner: broccoli, mixed veg?, ginger, onions, olive oil
1 Snack: carrots
3 Snack 2: Salsa see above
2 Snack 3 apple, swiss cheese
