Wednesday: 21/8 Had a few sessions with hunger, though I had just eaten a huge meal or snack. So I blamed that all on the new thyroid meds.

Thursday: 20/8.5 4:00 a.m. trip to the BR felt like I was going to faint. No further episodes after that. Water helped. Going to keep a glass of water beside the bed.

Today has gone very well. I planned a snack for before pool, and dinner after pool. I'll see if that works better.

Ok, Chandra. I took your comment that you didn't do well with AA foods, because your perceived health rating was a 9. So
I looked at yesterday's tracker for you.

I think you did great. I count 15, that is if you ate all of these things in your tracker.
And you might have had some black pepper or garlic here or there also.

Here's what I came up with in your tracker. The AA totals are on the left. And in might be more depending upon what was in the salsa and mixed vegetables.

How did you ever get 4 out of all of this?

1 Breakfast (yogurt in breakfast bar)
3 Lunch salsa (tomato, onion, peppers?) perhaps more but I'm not sure what was in the salsa, might also have had parsley or cilantro?
5 Dinner: broccoli, mixed veg?, ginger, onions, olive oil
1 Snack: carrots
3 Snack 2: Salsa see above
2 Snack 3 apple, swiss cheese

1st day of thyroid meds. I'm very cold. All bundled up. In the house. Hoodie. Velour pants, gloves and socks. Thinking of going to bed to get warm.

Hey, I peeked at your food journal when you commented you were feeling tired. I wanted to be sure your calories had a hope of supporting your hours of workout. I feel better. I think you did great yesterday. And I counted 12 anti-angiogenic ingredients in what you had posted!!

So the tired business might be the time change, and it might just be your body telling you it DOES need a rest now and then form the work outs.

The only thing I'd recommend is POSSIBLY some more veggies?? The very colorful ones.

I am wanting more improvement in my skin. I realized today that the 2 "canals" that used to run from my cheek pouf down to my jaw line on both sides are gone. I feel like we should have a memorial service, though they WON'T be missed!!

Now the sandpaper lizard skin on my face and arms. Maybe by the time I reach goal weight I'll be able to be seen in public. ; )
