ALMOST 100% anti-angiogenic foods. I ate pita bread, oatmeal in the veggie patties, a banana, 2 pears, a serving of pineapple and romaine lettuce which weren't on the list. These were all healthy foods. I just don't count them as AA since they haven't been recognized as having AA properties. They DO have other health benefits which we don't want to ignore.

New to this but just had stirfry with lots of veggies, ginger, onion, garlic

Figured what I had over the day but is today.. 11/7

Will have to figure the 2nd number always have pain so don't always base it on that. So 7 cos was able to walk in costco today with minimal pain and have got a bit done around home. A good day today

first # is how many AA foods you ate yesterday. The second number is how you perceive your health on a scale of 1 - 10.

So for me for yesterday: 30 / 9

You'd think with a score of 30, that I didn't each much else yesterday. But I had made a stir fry with LOTs of veggies, etc, and had that for breakfast and again for lunch or supper. You are welcome to check my nutrition tracker if you want to see what I did yesterday.

And though I really felt great yesterday, I still only rate my health at 9 because I still want my skin to improve. But how you rate your health is entirely up to you.

Pretty much an AA day except for Mom's pizza, but even that had tomatoes, mushrooms, some herbs (not counted). It's amazing how many AA ingredients can be packed into a fruit bowl, chili, and a salad!
