LINDAF49, it's great that your blood pressure is back to normal.

WooHoo for normal blood pressure!! Congratulations! Perhaps some of the AA foods are better at helping your body to bring blood pressure under control than others?? Notice, I don't know. Haven't studied that.

It's good for me, too. Linda. It keeps the accountability at Spark People focused on my health. Sometimes I veer too much toward the scale and let myself just think about calories in, calories burned. And doing this makes me see that, yes, I can eat whatever I want and still lose the weight, but I'll pay for my unhealthy choices with poor health.

The hard part is figuring out what makes healthy choices. Once I figured that out for myself, it was a LOT easier to actually choose healthy food.

Monday 10+5spices = 15 / 7.0 Blood pressure is up and don't feel well

Tues - really hard day of headache, tense, tears BP is still high
10+10 spices = 20 / 7.0

Wed ...Blood pressure creeping back down and the horrible headache is gone
10+15 spices = 25 / 7.5

This accounting for foods and evaluating health is VERY good discipline for me!

When I feel weepy, I check my nutrient levels on the tracker. If that's all okay, I try a nap or get to bed early. That usually fixes it. Once in a while the fatigue lingers and I allow myself time to rest because I've found I'm usually fighting something off. After a day or two of limited activity and extra rest, I'm off again.

Even with the limited activity, I still get in my pool workouts so I don't get the leg/foot pain.

Sunday 11+12spices = 23 / 7 Feeling "not well" not sure what is going on....blood pressure is up for me [though not high by many standards] feeling weak, weapy, irritable ... hmmmm.
We have been having electric storms for several days and others in the area with fibro are also not feeling well ... may be a connection?
