I actually feel the best I have felt since 1985. And I have more energy to be active than I did then. So why the 9 for health?? I am wanting improvement in the state of my skin. It's a minor thing but covers such a large area that I think it figures in to the state of my health. So when I see improvement there, I'll be a 10!! ; )

Seriously, no migraines, no tinnitus, and as for the balance issues, I can put on jeans standing up. WooHoo!! And 41 pounds gone. I think the journey is definitely improving my health!!

Check-in daily and let us know how many foods you ate off the AA list yesterday.
Then slash and rate your health from 1 - 10.

So yesterday I had 13 AA foods, and I was running a little tired, but otherwise was able to log over an hour of fitness minutes. So I rated my health 8.

I would check in by typing 13/8
