i need to get back on track by getting back to the gym and eating proper meals again! Christmas and New Year lead to too much snacking and irregular mealtimes.

Good morning! So it's the day after Christmas and I don't think I did too badly. I didn't indulge as much as I did after my school concerts anyway. Going to take a few small steps at a time to get myself back on track though.
Starting with drinking at least 8 cups of water a day, a serving of fruit or vegetable with every meal, and at least 10 minutes of exercise every day.
