Hey guys!! First day of Spring! I was hoping to be in the 140's , but I have really been a slacker with my diet goals . I have been neglecting my sparkpage and also my 30DayShred routine.
But ... I have been jogging, playing bball, swimming, and doing some strength training at the gym.
My goal for the next two weeks as Spring really kicks in:
1.) Eat only nutritious food
2.) Get to 149 by 04/01/13
3.) Don't neglect Sparkpeople as a support tool
