I'm trying to stay away from the school's cafeteria today. The woman who does the cooking makes these amazing muffins. If I go in there there's no way I can resist one. I have packed all kinds of healthy stuff to keep me going today though.

I woke up late in the night last night and felt this " I need food " urge. While half asleep, I opened the freezer and downed two huge chucks cookie dough ice cream ( fat free, not that it makes it much better.), and took a bite of leftover cheese pizza . Mid swallow I woke up fully and realized what i was doing and went back to sleep. Then this morning ( once again still half-asleep) I put a good 6 tbs. of hazelnut creamer in my coffee. I cant remove this stuff from the house seeing as they are my mothers ( they aren't toooo bad in moderation anyways). But I did put some tape on the creamer that says " COLLEEN DON'T DO IT".
On the positive side, I had a healthy breakfast ( minus the creamer ) , met the team goals for today, drank four cups of water so far and completed 40 mins. of circuit training ( JM 30 Day Shred Level 1 and 2 - I am on day 4 ).
