I've had some success. I met a major goal on not being in the obese BMI category anymore. I also managed to change my eating habits and exercise habits - big lifestyle change for me. I eat mainly unprocessed food (before everything I ate was mostly processed) and exercise 6 to 7 days a week (that's coming from 0 days a week before). Its been a work in progress and I'm still working on health issues but I do feel so much better than I have in the last 15 years. Thanks for asking and best wishes for you!
From when I started, I have had a few changes of plan, but I am quite happy with my approach now. I am not weighing myself regularly, only at the nurse's office when I get a chance. My main focus is on improving how I *feel* not how I look. I am starting to feel much better, mainly due to altering my medication.
Does anyone have any success stories yet? However big or small, goals achieved are great for motivation, so I think they should always be shared!
