Jennifer what is the workout you're doing? I've tried DVD exercises and get bored with them easily, is it a program like P90x or something?
Cella I definitely understand the all or nothing mentality, I'm the same way! Usually I'll have a bad meal, then give myself a pass for the day (this'll be my cheat day!) Then it turns into a cheat week! It's a slippery slope, but you're right, catching it early is the important thing!
HealthyMe, I didn't know pintrest had exercises! I may have to join!n I've avoided pintrest because I didn't want to get sucked in, but if it can help I'm willing to try anything!
