It seems we all have our own "personal goals". I have my goals and mini goals posted on my ticker. It needs to be something accumulative we can all contribute to. Like one year anniversary we will have lost x amount of pounds TOGETHER. something measurable. Just a thought. Wouldn't it be great if we could say "we lost the weight equivalent to a Volkswagon Beetle in one year! Lol

I agree we need some goals....has anyone decided on them?? I just became a team leader and we do need to get something started as far as goals.....it looks like some of you are into a challenge and others would like fitness minutes? We can do both if you'd like...I just need to hear from you ....

I am game for strength training goal. and the incenetive is burn calorie while you sleep. More calories are burned with mucle than fat! Also it will TONE you up. LEts see in May who can increase their weights 5 lbs each week. Any ideas on a reward?
Like I said unique and original is what I am aiming for. People who are really ready to focus on health and nutrition and exercise. WE all did this to ourelves and need to take respoinsiblity for it. How about somethink like exercise 4 days a week for 25-30 min a day. or increase cardio by 5 min each week for 4 weeks.
The exercise for 5 or 10 minutes a day isn't a big enough challenge really. How about half hour 5 days a week? I do more, but some have limitations.... or, do they have do the hokey pokey with 2 lb weights? I dunno......LOL
