I am down a solid 8# since starting. I make 5# goals and if it weren't for the weight graph feature I might not even realize that I am losing. Nice spring weather has me re-energized about eating lots of veggies from the garden and getting lots of exercise.

Starting weight 258....today it was 239.8! That is one goal! (reach weight of 240) My reward is the new fit bit wrist band. I have to wait until it comes out though!

64 Kgs ( 1 ) I had difficulty staying within the range this week I admit, but I was surpassing it only for a little everyday! So I was expecting no loss for sure, but neither gain Well....it is what it is, and this is a new week! Good luck everyone!!!
up 1/2 pound. Not bad considering my last two weeks. I thought it would be more. But my clothes are fitting looser and looser. I was able to wear a size 18 (not a "W") And I was so excited. I had a waist! Whoo Hoo! So psyched!

Just got home from a 4-week business trip in Brazil. Its so hard to stick to the plan when you rely on restaurants for every meal of the day. Did what I could to eat right and exercised when I could. I weigh 2 lbs less than I did when I left!

The only reason I have not posted mine is because I had a weight gain 5 pounds and I don't understand what I have done wrong. I have done everything I spose to but I did some reading on it and thanks SP for answering the question I had about my weight gain. I could be like this for up to 6 weeks. So my friend said don't let the numbers run you you run the numbers, don't weigh yourself for 3 weeks. I took her up on it because I do need to let it the numbers go. So I will let everyone know March 19th wish me luck.

Those are some great numbers! Unfortunately for me, I was up 1.7 but that was my own fault. I had a hormonal imbalance or something and I pretty much ate everything in sight over the weekend. Ugh! Now the work starts again.

I agree! 1 pound is still great. Just remember that is 1 pound that is never coming back. I think when we try to get too aggressive, we set ourselves up for failure. Slow and steady will win the race!
