I found magnesium to help with the "go". I take a Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement in the morning and at night 2 (400 mg) High-Potency Magnesium liquigels. I do drink a lot of water, which also helps, I believe, but with the fat flush, Mg is depleted. I can tell when I forgot to take it; I get leg cramps and/or charlie horses. When that happens, I take an oz. of Magnesium Citrate (the cheap bottled stuff docs used to rx for pre-op patients to "clean them out"). Don't over do it, though... unless you have plenty of time to spend in the bathroom! Yikes! Hope this helps!

I am trying to remember when I did this ten years ago. I had olive oil daily at that time. I use mineral oil occasionally. I might add coconut oil to my morning smoothie and see if that helps. The fiber is making me bloaty and uncomfortable!

Help! What are your go-to tricks to help you, well, go? I am drinking fiber at lunch with my protein shake. I am adding fiber to my diet with greens and salads and fiber pills. I am drinking so much water I feel like I slosh when I walk. Anything out there to help and not mess up the keto?
